Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

GuideBundle is for sharing helpful, honest guides. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you publish, upload or send through the Service, including AI generated content.

1. You may not use GuideBundle for

  • Phishing or credential collection: asking visitors for passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or similar secrets, or imitating a login page.
  • Malware: distributing or linking to viruses, spyware, or other harmful or deceptive software.
  • Illegal content or activity: including fraud, scams, and the sale of illegal goods or services.
  • Hate and harassment: content that attacks or threatens people based on protected characteristics, or that bullies, harasses, threatens or doxxes anyone.
  • Adult content: pornography, nudity, sexual acts, erotic content, sexual services and sexualized images, including illustrations.
  • Child safety: any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the authorities.
  • Spam: sending invitations or messages to people who did not ask for them. Invite only people who requested access to your guide.
  • Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand or organization, or misleading people about who you are.
  • Infringement: publishing content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
  • Abuse of the Service: attacking, probing or overloading the Service, bypassing plan limits or security controls, scraping other creators’ guides, or reselling the Service without permission.

2. Collecting data responsibly

If you collect leads, tell visitors who you are and how you will use their details, have a lawful basis for doing so, and respect unsubscribe and deletion requests. See our Data Processing Addendum.

3. Enforcement

If we find or receive a credible report of a breach of this policy, we may remove content, unpublish or suspend guides, disable invitations, or suspend or close accounts. For serious cases, such as phishing, malware or child safety, we may act immediately and without notice, and we may report the matter to the authorities. In other cases we will usually contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

4. Reporting a guide

Every public guide has a “Report this guide” link. You can also email support@guidebundle.com with the guide’s link and a short description of the problem. For copyright complaints, include details of the original work and your contact information. We review every report.
