Seller Terms

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Seller Terms apply when you sell access to your guides through GuideBundle. They add to our Terms of Service. RetreatBooker LLC is referred to as "GuideBundle", "we" or "us", and the business that sells guides as "you" or the "Seller".

1. Who can sell

You must be a registered business (a company or a registered sole trader or entrepreneur), be on a paid GuideBundle plan, have confirmed your email address, and provide accurate business details. We review each application and may decline it. Stripe also verifies your business and may refuse or close your payout account under its own terms.

2. You are the seller

Each sale is made by your business, which is the merchant for the buyer. To take payments, you connect a Stripe Express account through GuideBundle and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe charges the buyer, handles payment disputes, and pays your earnings directly to your bank account. You are responsible for any sales tax or VAT due on your sales and for your own income taxes.

3. How the money is split

  1. The buyer pays the price you set.
  2. GuideBundle's commission of 10% of that price is taken at checkout, on every plan that includes selling.
  3. Stripe deducts its processing fees and pays the remainder to you under Stripe's payout terms.

Changes to the commission rates apply only to sales made at least 30 days after we notify you.

4. Prices, tax and refunds

You set the price of each guide in US dollars, between USD 1 and USD 1,000. Buyers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds and chargebacks are taken from your Stripe balance; GuideBundle's commission on a refunded sale is not returned. When a purchase is refunded, the buyer's access to the guide is removed. Keep your business, bank and tax details current in Stripe.

5. Your guides and buyers

You are responsible for the guides you sell, including their accuracy, your right to sell them, and fulfilling what you promise in their description. Buyers keep access to the edition they purchased, and may keep access to later editions you publish. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to paid guides; we may suspend a paid guide or your ability to sell. Buyers' names and email addresses are shared with you as leads, and you must handle them under your own privacy notice.

6. Ending selling

You can stop selling at any time by making your guides free. We may suspend or end selling for breach of these terms, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, or Stripe's terms.

7. Changes in payment provider

We may move guide sales to another payment provider. We will give you at least 30 days' notice and explain any changes to who is the merchant, tax handling and how the commission is collected before they apply.
